The Head of the Hooch regatta attracts thousands of athletes and spectators from across the country to enjoy a weekend of outdoor activities in Chattanooga, TN. The mission of the Friends of the Hooch is to promote the sport of rowing through competition and outreach in the community. Every year, our participants include youth, collegiate, and masters rowers that fill more than 8,500 seats from over 180 organizations. Together, the Head of the Hooch regatta brings a significant economic impact to Chattanooga and generates opportunities for branding in front of more than 20,000 people on the venue.
