The Tennessee Valley Authority has been a close partner of the Head of the Hooch regatta for nearly 20 years! TVA helps us to ensure the safety of our crews on the water and to promote awareness off sustainable use of our natural resources.
Making an impact.
In 2021, the TVA was the largest public power provider in the United States. Serving 10 million customers across 7 southeastern states, TVA has a goal to have net-zero carbon emissions by 2050 and attracted $8.8 billion of business and investment to the Tennessee Valley that includes more than 40,000 miles of river, streams, and tributaries.
